Maintenance is essential for the lifespan of garage doors. Here's how to proceed:
Garage doors
- Clean the rails.
- Clean the inside and outside of the panels with plenty of water and a neutral soapy solution.
- Clean any windows with clean water.
- Clean and maintain the side seals with a dedicated seal product.
- Apply a drop of universal oil (WD-40) to hinges, rollers and bearings.
Roller shutters
- Use lukewarm water and a mild cleaning product.
- Clean the guide rails.
