Aluminium structure
Extruded aluminium profiles 60 × 40 × 3 mm screwed together form an exceptionally rigid door capable of carrying several hundred kilos of cladding.

4 dust-proof nylon wheels
4 nylon mobile wheels (42 and 60 mm) fitted with dust-proof bearings ensure smooth and silent door movement.

Counterweight & double cable
Balanced by an adjustable steel-plate counterweight. Double cable on each side for maximum safety.

5 cm polystyrene insulation
5 cm polystyrene panel + 8 mm triplex finish for optimal thermal and acoustic comfort.

Rubber sealing joint
Rubber seal under the door for perfect water- and wind-tightness in all conditions.

The SEIP DR200 or DR300 is the most powerful motor we install on our non-overhead tilt doors — designed to gently lift the heaviest doors.

- Automatic reversal when an obstacle is detected
Extra safety: double cable on each side of the door and built-in anti-fall system in the motor.
