Design and manufacture
From design to production, Optimo models are studied in the smallest detail to guarantee the best long-term performance. The structure consists of two shells in high-density die-cast aluminium: maximum lightness and durability. Thickness and meticulous execution ensure stability and strength. Particular attention has been paid to the gear mechanics, allowing silent worm rotation concentric to the motor axis. The worm is in laminated steel with hardness controlled along its full length. The nut is in bronze-aluminium: an ideal pairing with the steel worm. The lack of mechanical play significantly reduces motor effort, improving smooth operation and reducing wear.
