Lighting through the window
To allow natural outdoor lighting to enter the room, different types of glazing solutions can be incorporated into the door leaf:
- 1Panel-mounted windows are the most economically advantageous solution and their thermal insulation performance is significantly better than other solutions. Their frames are made of high-durability composite materials and fitted with impact-resistant double acrylic glazing.
- 2Aluminium glazed sections provide significantly more light in the room. With these sections, one, several or all metal sections of the sash can be replaced, achieving good visibility.
- 3Panoramic sections are similar to aluminium glazed sections with the difference that the window plane is not vertically separated — the entire panel consists of one piece of glass. This solution gives the facade of the building a particularly elegant look.
- 4Design windows in a stainless steel frame enhance the attractiveness of the door facade. Various sizes and shapes are available.

The most common choice
When choosing the type of garage door glazing, it is important to consider that the choice is often associated with the thermal insulation indicators of the door. The larger the area occupied by the door glazing, the lower the thermal insulation of the door. In order not to make the door significantly more expensive, but at the same time to achieve both good transparency of the door and satisfactory thermal insulation indicators, most often, glazing in the door leaf is combined with metal panels — a balanced answer when the project requires both a large glazing area and excellent thermal insulation performance.

Design windows

Decorative window boxes are integrated into the panels, enhancing the appearance of the door and providing light in the room. These door windows are crafted with a stainless steel frame and a triple-glazing package. Stainless steel offers excellent and long-lasting corrosion resistance for these door windows. The coefficient of thermal insulation ranges from 2.14 to 3.18 W/m²K, depending on the window type.
